Customers are requested to place the order a day before on the website, then the order is processed and delivered on the next day to the customer. Customers can place the orders on the website from 9am till 5pm for the next day delivery. We also have same day delivery facilities for urgent orders, customers must cooperate with the sales team and get the orders delivered.

We do everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website but however due to unavoidable circumstances we cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or loss of packages. Also we will reschedule or cancel your deliveries due to heavy rains, flood, earthquake, storm or any natural disasters and due to terrorism, labor strike, boycott or any such unavoidable circumstances, Delighto.lk reserves the right to reschedule the delivery to a later date. In such a situation, we’ll call and confirm rescheduled delivery.
Also delivery will be failed in case of following:
‐ Wrong Address
‐ Locked Premise or blocked entry
‐ Recipient not available
Delivery Charges
Delivery is free for orders above LKR 5,000/- and for any orders below LKR 5,000/- a delivery fee is applied. Delighto.lk may in its sole discretion determine the delivery charges from time to time without giving any prior notice.
Refund Policy.
As per our cancellation policy, cancellation will be considered only if requested within 5 hours of order placement.
Once the refund is approved it may take 2 working days to initiate the refund request and you will receive a refund confirmation message/mail within that period.
Please note in refund cases, the concerned bank may take 4-7 working days to post a credit to your account.
Full Refund
In case the customer has paid online while placing an order and there has been a complete cancellation or return of the products after delivery, the complete order amount shall be credited into the customer’s account within 15 days or the customer can utilize the amount for future purchases.
Partial Refund
In case the customer has paid online while placing an order and some of the items ordered has been cancelled at the time of delivery, the amount totaling to items that have been cancelled / rejected by the customer shall be credited into the customer’s account within 15 days or can be utilized for future purchases.
In both cases, customers can choose to have the amount paid refunded into the account by writing to [email protected] or notifying through a call.
Delighto.lk also reserves the right to cancel an order placed by the customer in case the order cannot be fulfilled due to reasons such as unavailability of the stock, incorrect address, delivery address is outside our delivery zone, unable to contact you while confirming the order etc. In both the cases mentioned above, complete amount charged shall be credited into the customer’s account or can be utilized in future purchase.
